Stretch Ceiling

Vinyl ceiling "Stretch ceiling" is made of PVC film, jwith a collar welded around it.

To be installed at vinyl is about 6-8% smaller than the surface area of the roof. The installation is carried out by first installing aluminium profile around the room, then roofing is heated to 50 degrees Celsius and starts to stretch. The film is stretched and the collar at the edge is fitted aluminium profile to the locking track. The membrane shrinks as it cools, creating a perfect roof surface.

It is possible to hide technology such as air conditioning pipes, electrical wiring, etc. under the vinyl roof. Lighting fixtures, smoke detectors, ventilation valves can be installed on the surface of the membrane in the same way as with traditional roofing materials.

When the acoustics of a room need to be improved, acoustic panels can also be attached above the vinyl ceiling to hide the room from view.

Hoset vinyl roof is available in a wide range of colours and materials. Materials include glossy, mat, satin and metallic shine. All material options can be printed with images according to the customer's wishes.

Hoset vinyl roofs are safe to use even in damp areas. Stretch ceilings do not grow micro-organisms, do not mould and do not cause allergies. Moisture will not cause any changes to the roof.

Vinyl roofing is incredibly lightweight. Weighing only 240g/m2, it is lighter than any other roofing material. The lightweight construction minimises stress on the structure. Hoset vinyl roofs are BS1D0 and BS2D0 fire rated.

Key-Light strip lighting allows you to create pleasant general lighting or, for example, to accentuate the contours of a wall surface by positioning the strip light on the ceiling surface or in an indirect light recess to your preference.

The Hoset light ceiling with dimming control creates a subtle and subdued or bright atmosphere in your space, depending on your preferences.
